Exchange or Return of Goods
Return Eligibility
Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Process
Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging.
- Ship the Item: Use the provided return shipping label to send the item back to us.
- Track the Return: Keep the tracking number for reference until we receive and process the return.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement item promptly
